Systems Analyst – La Jolla & Rancho Bernardo
Pay Rate: $48/hr
Shift: 0800-1700 M-F
Duration: 3-month Contract (possibility of extension)

Job Description
Required:
- Minimal 1-2 years’ experience as an IS Infrastructure Analyst
- IS/IT Operation skills
- Knowledge of Monitoring tools (Splunk / SolarWinds) to monitor core infrastructure devices such as Network, Server, Storage, Interfaces
- Be trained to work specific ServiceNow requests or Incidents related to end users.
- Trained to manage Outages and Problems per IS Operations procedures
- Ability to understand New Technical processes and write technical documentation / procedures and train other staff for support.
Daily job duties:
- Monitor infrastructure and manage Outages
- Write Procedures and train staff
- Monitor IS Operations ServiceNow queues and process Incidents and Requests
- Attend standard meetings and take proper notes
- Work with Engineers on Splunk or SolarWinds monitoring tools to capture new workflows and write procedures
- Provide support for printing AP checks at CP Data Center.
- Available for on-site support at CP or SAN1 Data Center as needed.
Health Screen Requirements:
- Demonstrate immunity to Hep B, Measles, Mump, Rubeolla, Varicella (Chicken Pox) through titers
- 10-Panel drug screen (including Marijuana/THC. We will accept a drug screen if done within the previous 90 days)
- Pre-Employment Physical (Fit to work)
- Tuberculosis test, showing negative, or chest X-ray
- TDap vaccine (declination or proof of immunization within last ten years)
- Flu vaccine – Required (proof of most recent flu shot)
- COVID vaccine – Required (proof of COVID card and booster)
